Shipping: Most orders ship within 24 hours. Orders with different billing and shipping address may be delayed because of verification requirements. We encourage our customers to use the same billing address for shipping as it speeds up the shipping process. International orders may also be delayed due to the credit card verification process.
* We reserve the right to reassess the shipping charges on all orders being shipped Next Day Air weighing 5 lbs. or more, Second Day Air weighing 9 lbs. or more, and 3 Day Select weighing 12 lbs. or more and Ground orders weighing 15lbs or more.
We will not ship any International Orders that have a different Bill To and Ship To address.
All International Orders are shipped FedEx, UPS or USPS Global Priority at our discretion.
Please Note: All Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3Day orders received after 2:30 EST will be shipped on the next business
day. All Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3Day orders received on
Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. All Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3Day orders received on a National Holiday will ship the next business day.
Ground Shipping will be provided by either FedEx Saver, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or the Post Office.
One free item/promotional item per customer per order. Only one coupon code per order. We reserve the right to remove additional free titles from your order. Due to the overwhelming popularity of some promotions processing time may increase to 3-5 days on some orders.

A plain unprinted box containing the hardware item with instructions on downloading any necessary drivers.

Software-blowouts.com accepts money orders, cashier?s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollar funds only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier?s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. There is $25 charge fee on all returned checks.

The Customer will be responsible for return freight charges should you refuse delivery of the product, or if the product is unable to be delivered to you.

Return Policy:
There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. Returns must be made within 15 days, have all original packing materials provided by the manufacturer and must be in resellable condition, shipping is NON-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the product(s) ordered suit his/her needs and whether the product is compatible with his/her computer.
A Return Merchandise Authorization will not be issued for any reason other than for the return of a defective item for replacement. Returns for stock adjustment purposes will not be accepted.
Please Note: The RMA Number must appear on the outside of the Packing Box upon the return of your product. If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, Software-Blowouts.com will not process the return. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item(s). All returned products must be shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the return in sellable condition. If the customer selects to ship the product back and the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method/packaging Software-Blowouts.com will not be held liable nor responsible for crediting the customer for the return.
International Order Returns: The Customer will be responsible for return freight, Taxes, Duties, brokerage fees, and any other costs related to returning the product(s) to Software-Blowouts.com.
